In accordance with Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, you have the right to request public records by filling out The Right to Know Form and submitting it to the Borough’s Open Records Officer (Borough Manager). A response to each request will be provided within 5 business days. Please note Pennsylvania “Right To Know” Fee Schedule: Official_RTKL_Fee_Schedule.pdf (pa.gov) payment must be received prior to the release of requested documents
